GS Machining Co., LTD offers a complete line of custom dies and bushings with steel & carbide. GS has the engineering expertise and experience to supply die buttons & bushings for our customers’ existing as well as new applications. Our custom die buttons and bushings have improved in-plant productivity and quality performance as well as reduced manufacturing costs.

GS Machining capabilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manufacturing holding tolerances down to 0.002mm.

  • Manufacturing Point Diameters down to 0.08mm.

  • Manufacturing Lengths up to 200mm long.

  • Surface finishes down to Ra0.1.

  • Manufactured both in Metric and British System for custom die buttons & bushings.

  • Concentricity up to 0.005mm, depending on part design could be tighter.

  • Offer the widest range of steel including but not limited to A2, D2, M2, M42, M50, H13, 1.2343, 1.2379, 1.2516, 1.7131, 1.3343, HSS, SKD11, SKH 9, SKH51, S600.

  • Offer the widest range of in-stock China local carbide including but not limited to YG6, YG8, YG15, YG20, YL10.2, YL50 and YL50A.

  • CB-Ceratizit Carbide is available also with hardness HRA 81.5-94.8. The codes for wear-resistant tool include KG05, KG1, KG2, KG3, KG4, KG5, KG6 and KG7. Micro-grain series includes WF03, UP03, K100, WF05, WF08, WF10, WF15, K200, WF20, WF25, WF30, WF40, CB20F.
