Steel Dies & Bushings

Precision steel components for stamping, cold forming, and mold applications with multiple material and heat treatment options.

• Bushings: Standard cylindrical bushings, tapered bushings (10° and custom angles), shouldered bushings, ISO 8977B punch bushings
• Die Components: Die inserts, die plates, guide bushings, wear plates, thin-wall punching dies (0.2mm wall)
• Special Configurations: Bushings with carbide inserts, DLC-coated components, complex internal profiles
• Materials: 1.2343, 1.2516, HSS, CPM10V, ASP23, ASP30, and through-hardening grades

Manufacturing Excellence

Profile grinding, mirror EDM (Mitsubishi, Japan), wire-EDM (Seibu, Japan), internal and external cylindrical grinding, centerless grinding, and fine polishing to Ra0.4. Tolerances down to ±0.002mm with rigorous inspection on every batch.
